Rules
Rules

1. Respect the Team:

We’re a unit, not a solo mission. Treat your fellow players with respect, whether you're leading, following, or working side-by-side. Toxic behavior will not be tolerated - simple as that.

2. Communication is Key:

Clear, concise communication is vital for mission success. If you’re not speaking, keep the mic off. If you need to talk, do so calmly and without yelling. We’re all adults - don’t turn every comms channel into your personal soapbox.

3. Follow Orders:

If you’re in a squad, follow the squad leader’s directions - unless there’s a clear tactical reason not to. Ignoring orders for your own amusement is a good way to get yourself booted.

4. Be On Time:

Punctuality shows respect for your squad and the mission. If you're going to be late, let someone know. It’s one thing to be late by a few minutes, but being habitually tardy or AFK during key moments is unacceptable.

5. Don’t stir things up:

Arguing with others, acting out, or bringing drama into the unit will not be tolerated. If you’ve got issues, address them privately. We’re here to have fun and succeed as a team, not to entertain your personal vendettas.

6. Don’t Be a Loner:

The team works as a unit, and we support each other. Running off to do your own thing without informing the team is selfish and irresponsible. Stick together and support your squadmates.

7. Follow the Spirit of the Game:

Arma 3 is a tactical simulation - don’t exploit the game’s mechanics for cheap advantages or breaks in immersion. Use the tools and resources the way they were intended to be used. We want quality, not chaos.

8. Stay Professional:

While ArmA 3 is a game, this unit runs with professionalism during events. Don't act like a child, be respectful to everyone regardless of rank, stay focused and don’t be disruptive.
